The use of the website and the digital store is subject to the terms set forth below. Browsing and using the website constitute your agreement to these terms.

The completion of an order through the website is conditional upon the final approval of the operator. The operator reserves the right to cancel or decline any order, for any reason and at any stage.

Prices on the website include statutory VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to update without prior notice.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Every effort is made to deliver the order as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary depending on the product type, destination, and stock availability. Delays shall not constitute grounds for a claim or compensation.
5. Liability and Returns
Product returns will be permitted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. Defective products will be replaced or refunded at the customer's choice, following inspection and approval.
6. Privacy and Data Security
Commitment to maintaining user privacy. Personal information will not be used beyond what is necessary to complete the order.
7. Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute, exclusive jurisdiction shall be vested in the courts of the Tel Aviv-Yafo district.

2. הזמנות ורכישות
השלמת הזמנה דרך האתר מותנית באישור סופי של המפעיל. המפעיל שומר לעצמו את הזכות לבטל או לא לאשר הזמנה, מכל סיבה ובכל שלב.
3. מחירים ותשלומים
המחירים באתר כוללים מע”מ כחוק, אלא אם צוין אחרת. ייתכנו עדכונים במחירים ללא הודעה מוקדמת.
4. משלוחים ואספקה
נעשים מאמצים לספק את ההזמנה במהירות האפשרית. זמני אספקה משתנים לפי סוג המוצר, היעד וזמינות במלאי. עיכובים לא יהוו עילה לתביעה או פיצוי.
5. אחריות והחזרות
החזרת מוצרים תתאפשר בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן. מוצרים פגומים יוחלפו או יזוכו לפי בחירת הלקוח, לאחר בדיקה ואישור.
6. פרטיות ואבטחת מידע
התחייבות לשמירה על פרטיות המשתמשים. לא ייעשה שימוש במידע האישי מעבר לנדרש לצורך השלמת ההזמנה.
7. סמכות שיפוט
במקרה של מחלוקת, הסמכות הייחודית תהיה נתונה לבתי המשפט במחוז תל אביב-יפו.
